As a Chartered Accountant with a background in farming and small business, Caroline Wilcher has worked with clients such as major grain cooperatives, enterprises owned by overseas managed funds, rural clients in farming operations, and large government agencies. 

Since joining the Boyce team, Caroline has been appointed Information Technology Director and Administration Director.
