As Independent Chairman, Jim leads Boyce’s governance arrangements. He advances the interests and cohesiveness of the leadership group and provides independent advice, counsel and guidance for business unit leaders and team members.

Bronnie Taylor is a respected former politician, regional health advocate, and current leader in women’s empowerment and regional development. During her tenure as deputy leader in NSW Parliament, Bronnie served as the most senior woman in government and held multiple ministerial portfolios including Mental Health, Regional Health, and Women.
As non-executive director at Boyce, Bronnie lends her expansive understanding of regional challenges and policy, to support the firm’s commitment to regional businesses and communities. Her appointment reflects her passion for championing regional resilience and sustainable economic development.
Bronnie’s career has been defined by purpose, empathy, and action. She demonstrates that leadership can lead to significant and lasting effects within a community, even after leaving public office. Now, through her post-political portfolio, Bronnie continues to inspire change, particularly for women, families, and rural Australians, demonstrated by her work as director with Motherland Australia.
Caroline leads and contributes to the development of our Boyce team members. She also engages and advises clients to help them achieve their goals, by helping to build their knowledge and by working collaboratively to improve and grow their businesses.
As a judge for Business NSW’s Business Awards program, she thoroughly enjoys seeing the success of high-achieving small to medium enterprises across regional Australia.

As Chief Corporate Officer, Kiri leads Boyce’s Corporate Services Division, driving alignment between support functions and business units to deliver on the firm’s strategic priorities. With over 20 years of executive leadership experience across professional services, Kiri brings a practical, people-first approach to how Boyce delivers for clients and communities across regional Australia.

Outside of work, Kiri is deeply committed to community involvement, holding Board roles, mentoring young professionals, and supporting initiatives that strengthen leadership and capability.
Brian has a passion for providing practical and understandable solutions. His detailed knowledge of all areas of tax and business operations enables him to help his clients uncover truly integrated, workable solutions.
Consulting across a broad range of tax matters - from salary and wage issues through to complex public entity taxation - Brian advises on intricate areas of goods and services tax (GST), income tax, capital gains tax (CGT), employment taxes and land tax. Brian’s expertise is in developing practical solutions to issues such as business structuring and strategies, as well as business and asset transfers.
Brian has contributed to policy design, with roles on Treasury and industry body consultation and discussion groups, and by writing papers and submissions to lobby for change.
A Certified Financial Planner, Lindsay Garnock has more than 20 years of experience in the financial advisory industry. Lindsay also has a genuine desire to help families and businesses maximise their wealth potential, taking a personalised, integrated approach to financial planning and asset management.
He has a strong rural background, having spent his childhood on the family grazing property at Bombala in southern NSW. Over his career, Lindsay has been based in the regional centres of Cooma, Goulburn and now Wagga, where he is a member of the Kurrajong Race Day committee that raises funds for disability services across the Riverina.

An important member of Boyce since taking up a cadetship in 1998, Julie has built deep expertise across agricultural advisory and strategic superannuation planning.
Over her career with Boyce, she has held a range of senior leadership roles, including leading the Self-Managed Super Fund Business Unit for 14 years. Julie now leads Boyce Private Business Services, supporting clients with business growth and long-term development.
Growing up on the family farm near Boorowa, Julie has a strong connection to regional communities. She now lives in Cooma, where she serves as a Board member of Monaro Retirement Villas and Monaro Farming Systems. She is also a past Board member of Ag Shows NSW, where she held the Treasurer role for five years, volunteered with the Cooma Show Committee, and is a current member of the Cooma Chamber of Commerce.
Julie has volunteered with the NSW Burn Support Foundation for many years, an organisation close to her heart and one that reflects her personal commitment to helping others.

Angas brings more than 17 years’ experience in agribusiness banking, along with practical experience in agronomy and irrigation farming.
Based in Wagga Wagga, Angas has worked closely with agribusiness clients across finance, succession, wealth creation and business expansion.
Angas has hands-on experience with rice and cotton farming and established a Murray cod farming business in 2018. He brings a practical relationship-driven approach to client engagement, prioritising consistency and long-term partnerships.

Linda Mackellar joined Boyce Chartered Accountants as a cadet. She was soon appointed to the specialist Tax Focus Group and later as a Director. In 2003, Linda helped establish Boyce’s newest office, in Wagga; our client base there has since grown rapidly and considerably. She has since developed a strong interest in mentoring team members.
Her family owns and operates a mixed farming business, giving Linda real perspective and alignment with the opportunities, challenges and issues faced by Boyce’s clients in the agricultural and business sectors.

Jonathan complements his technical expertise with his broad knowledge of a range of industries, including engineering, construction, logistics and agriculture.
His involvement in community organisations over 20 years has led him to positions with Boyce charity partner the Country Education Foundation, of which he is the Treasurer.

Julieanne partners with business owners and family groups to provide strategic financial support and commercial insight.
Raised on a dryland cropping and livestock farm, Julieanne has a strong connection to agriculture and regional business. She built a 25-year career with NAB, most recently as a Senior Agribusiness Manager, bringing deep experience across agribusiness and complex client relationships to her work at Boyce.
As Head of Virtual CFO, Julieanne works closely with clients to improve cashflow visibility, strengthen reporting, and turn financial data into clear, decision ready insight that supports growth and confidence.

Ben utilises his passion and experience in agriculture to lead his team, based in northern NSW, where he is involved in a number of community organisations.

Stacey works mostly with clients in the agricultural industry, and she leads her team to ensure optimal services to clients. Born and raised in Sydney, she joined the Boyce team as a cadet in 2005, going on to gain a degree and professional qualifications before settling in Moree, NSW.
An active member of the community, Stacey enjoys mountain bike riding, snow skiing and volunteering for the local dance club.

Daniel has experience working with clients in a wide range of industries, including construction, earthworks, medical, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce and professional services. Dan grew up in Dubbo, and he enjoys playing cricket and basketball.

Mel shares with her colleagues a wealth of experience, with her diverse background spanning agriculture, medical, construction, retail and professional services. She plays a valuable role in learning and development, fostering strong team environments and mentoring team members in Shared Services.
A Director of the Amie St Clair Melanoma Trust, Mel also supports her community by playing an active role in her family’s sporting pursuits.
In 2015, Mel was the recipient of the Tony Quirk Employee of the Year Award.

Nicole has over 30 years’ experience advising family-owned businesses across banking, finance and agribusiness. A specialist in succession planning, business transition and NextGen development, she combines practical expertise with a deep understanding of family dynamics.

Renier brings more than 20 years of experience in business advisory, managing a substantial client base and leading complex advisory matters from start to finish.
Based in Dubbo, he combines technical depth with a genuine commitment to the people he works with.

Fraser has been in commercial, strategy, corporate governance and legal roles for over 30 years, including a decade leading strategy and innovation teams in a global professional services firm. He is known for finding creative solutions to clients' challenges and for making strategy sessions insightful and engaging.
Fraser spent his early career in international law firms as a Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer, building skills in deal-making, due diligence and execution. He has also served as a Company Secretary for ASX-listed corporations and as a Director of regulated entities, giving him first-hand experience in corporate governance, risk management and compliance.
Fraser brings this depth of commercial experience to his role as Principal Advisor, helping Generational Strategy clients plan confidently for growth, succession and a legacy that endures across generations.
Shoheb brings more than 14 years of experience in audit and assurance. He has extensive expertise in leading and managing external audits for mid-market and private businesses across a broad range of industries.
Shoheb specialises in supporting businesses through large-scale transformation projects, technical accounting matters, advisory engagements and internal audits. He works closely with clients to help them navigate complexity, strengthen governance and make informed decisions with confidence.
